Tumble Blast Deflasher

The Hull semi-automatic tumble blast deflasher unit has a coated basket containing (2) guns for applying pressurized media to parts for positive deflashing, less staining. This system is a compact affordable option for efficient and trouble-free deflashing.

Large quantities of small parts can be most effectively deflashed by a tumble blast batch cleaning system.  Conventional wheel type machines cannot offer the same versatility, nor handle the extra fine media necessary for the cleaning of very small parts.

Semi-automatic batch tumbling systems from Hull Industries give you the versatility of variable blast impact, variable force, and variable blast direction. They are capable of handling very fine media for thorough cleaning of small holes and slots.

Hull batch tumblers are not re-designed manual deflashers. They are specifically engineered for efficient tumble blast cleaning. Each is a compact modular system, utilizing both a cyclone media separator and a dust collector.

The system shuts down following blowoff, for manual reloading.
